Why it lasts
Polyurea is extremely tough and flexible. It takes impacts, abrasion and chemicals without cracking. When the prep is done right, the bond to the metal does not fail, so the liner simply stays put.
What can shorten its life
Bad prep. Over 80% of liner failures come from a poor grind or a dirty, oily surface before spraying. That is why we never rush the prep. Done properly, it does not peel.
Colour over time
Standard aromatic polyurea can fade toward grey in strong sun, which is cosmetic only. Choose the premium UV finish and it keeps its deep black colour for years.
